Created in 2010, the Artist-Student Program is managed by the Student Support Service (SAE) in partnership with the Dean of Undergraduate Studies (PRG). Its goal is to motivate undergraduate students of Unicamp, in any area, to develop cultural projects and artistic productions in the University campus. In addition to being a part of the institutional events schedule, these actions contribute to make up the cultural agenda opened to the community.
In each edition of the program the students can send their projects, individually or in groups, submitting to the rules of registration, selection process and supervising the planned activities. Each approved project has a specific budget for its implementation and can have up to two students that receive financial help for six months. Professors from Unicamp’s Institute of Arts and some invited guests from artistic areas compose the examination board.
From 2010 to 2015, were selected 13 projects from the Dance course students.
